Our ownership vacation “formula”, place in an urbanization totally built and already working, offers the following peculiarity:

- Large 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units, with very fine and luxury furnishing.

- The reception open and working any time.

- Apartments cleaned every day and the linen changed three time per week.

- The warranty of the “Purchase Deeds” from a Spanish Public Notary.

- Provides vacation flexibility and worldwide exchanges by exchange your ownership vacation period with around 1.500 destinations in 72 different countries. La Venezia de Canarias is part of the Interval International world: the most prestigious exchange company. Interval International has been chosen as partner from very important competitors of the vacation industry like Disney, Hilton and Marriott.

- High season and “red period” during 12 months per year.

- An in house office dedicated to assist our member to rent and re-sell their ownership vacation periods.

- An unique and very rexaxing area.

Besides and very important, we work in absolute compliance with the Spanish Timeshare Law
“Regimen de derechos de aprovechamientos por turno de bienes inmuebles” of the 26 novembre 1998 and with the previous 94/47 E.U. Timeshare Directive.

It means especially truthful disclosure information and full observance of the cooling off period during which the purchaser can cancel the agreement in 10 days. This can be extended up to 3 months if the contract does not contain the prescribed information.
